This one is a very slow one and it's I use to cure my anhedonia / emotional numbness since I know anhedonia is also a trapped emotions, an emotions which is not released and untold.. It's great change I felt that in the first session I use it, I have already felt the difference and more regulated emotions

@@thereeldemodeal3389 yeah i noticed the emotional trauma is processed well with slow speed, the chronic pain is gone with the fast one

@@thereeldemodeal3389 u gotta be watching ur emotions and what ever happened in life that triggers u take it as a sign and blessing. Accept it then Watch the emotions that you feel inside. Then keep following the balls and even if u didnt know the triggers ITS still ok just keep watching ur emotions,anger etc feel it and accept it, with this way my anhedonia is processed and better than before. If u have a chronic pain just do the same with cognitive like example i hate my mother when...or because.... And keep repeating the memory and accident with every single detail that u feel or ur brain gives. Keep doing it till many many sessions
