I love her take on commoditizing women's bodies. This is why more women should make movies!

You're doing a great job in here interviewing. I myself have a podcast that covers mostly productions in my Film School but as a treat once a season we try to interview someone from the real movie world. I would love to talk to Emerald about her movie. I have no idea how to book time with someone like that. Any advice would be appreciated! :)

The one thing that has guided each of us since the beginning of each of our careers is to never be afraid to ask. Simple, obvious, but true. The worse you'll get is a no, and you'll be surprised at what you can end up with. (warning: there are still a lot of no's...) Do some searching to see any contacts you can find online to studios or PR firms, usually there's a public contact somewhere, and make your pitch. Be respectful and kind, but don't be afraid to follow up until you get an answer. Perhaps an instructor or advisor in your film program knows someone to help give you a kickstart in the right direction. Best of luck!
