So for anyone curious: I shared this with my RN sister who does maternity and she told me those vitals at 0:36 are NOT "on the lower end of normal". The top line's heartbeat for the baby shows these concerning plummets, and the bottom line shows contractions; she's in labor, and it's an abnormal pattern, too. My sister also claims a patient exhibiting those kinds of symptoms would most likely need to be quickly prepped for an emergency C-section.

I figure I share a "cheat code" for this game for anybody that may not know. You can choose what patient will appear next by holding shift and then clicking on "New Game" in the main menu. It will then ask you to enter in the patient number (for example, this case in this video is number 713) and then that patient will be the first case on the chart. I believe you can actually do this for all Legacy games 2000-2003 starting with Code Blue! Have fun with that information!

I guess that explains the "case numbers" being labeled in the game files. The only time I recall where a case number for a patient is visible is in 911 Paramedic.

Legacy has been using case numbers since their early days, though they are not as obvious in Code Red. You can find them on the sign out clip board where the patient information is (seen in 3:43 in this video).
