This message being "proven" (again) by science today. Biology of Belief documents how cells take in nourishment according to our thoughts/emotions, thus sad, angry, jealous thoughts can make us ill. The Connected Universe shows a consciousness pervading all, everywhere connected to all of us through the "field." Abraham/Hicks has been encouraging people for years to "simply feel good--as good as you can in every situation" and has been giving easy to follow "mechanical means" including meditation, for people to do so. She goes so far as to suggest being in touch with "inner being." Of course this information whether through science or from Esther Hick's" guidance" are careful to leave out the reference to "god." Therefore the teaching seems new because it is absent from religion which has become repugnant to many (myself included).Yet those of enlightened religious teaching have known this wisdom for untold generations. They are not in "secret societies" nor is this information "hidden" except for the blanket of conventionality that bids us to follow the mainstream views.

This book was very pivotal in my spiritual growth actually spurned a better concept of God. Having read it years ago and now revisiting it here is wonderful! I realize how many things I couldn’t comprehend fully at that time and how much comprehension has expanded. Thanks sooo much for sharing! ❤️

I randomly came across this teaching today and have listened to the first 2 parts so far. All I can say is that I am blown away by her insight into Christianity. I am speechless. I shall continue listening with utmost interest !

trying hard to let this sink in. I have lots of negative subconscious baggage to let go of. Struggling all my life with it.

+Schrodinger one of the fastest ways to clear this baggage is to fully see what is there and not just accept all that is there but fully embrace it. Much more difficult than saying the words and I wish you success and grace to see and accept 😀

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I am trying to focus on what IS there rather than whats there.... Truth is, I used to have great faith, but only up to a point. I don't think I am meant to starve on the streets, but I struggle with the idea that I am worthy of my dreams. I grew up poor and then became pretty wealthy. After achieving some wealth I prayed and was presented with an what I thought was an opportunity from God to pursue my dreams. I have since gone back to being poor, poorer than when I started out and I am feeling beaten down by the idea that neither my dreams nor comfortable wealth is Gods plan for me. It was easier when I was just poor, but having experienced the comforts of not worrying about money and then again having to worry about money after such a great experience is very difficult. It feels almost like a punishment- get in your place!!!!

That punishment resides in you, your believe in it, it is not the truth. Our belief makes it so. Healing relationships with our parents is the key here, accept whatever happened and embrace the fact we never learned how to love ourselves we only learned how to hate and punish. Again not to stay in going our the past but to see its not the truth is enough. May life continue to grace us all with integrating these teachings.
