Eminem is one of the few rappers that is lucky to be alive today because he was very much active & involved in some of the most violent beefs during that time between 2002 - 2005 with the Ja, Benzino & murda Inc beefs. Alot of people got themselves hurt or oven died, shit was really serious.

I usually don't cry very often, but when I heard Mockingbird for the first time, I couldn't stop. It wasn't the first song that made me cry, but it's the only one that just doesn't lose its massive influence on me even after a thousand times listening to it. Em didnt want to put anyone from d12 let alone proof in that role but proof stepped up and told em he wanted to do it because of the message of the song and how they lost bugz. So sure years after everything it's easy to say it "foreshadowed" proof when in reality following the timeline it did not.

Like a brand or corporation, a political party is going to say whatever they feel will make you like them, that is the game. But first and foremost use your own common sense and judgement.
