Emma is magnetic, calm and confident and just draws you in. So excited to see how this squad handles the Olympic challenges ahead. Got good vibes about it 😊

You were right....I'm enjoying watching Hayes' eyes, so much joy, then intensity, then the flash of a totally committed competitor.

I'm so hyped after watching this. I love how she sees the game and respects her players. It's nice to see a coach with a clear vision.

So good to see Sam and Emma. It seemed like Sam drew out all the stuff I had tried to comment on elsewhere in praise of Emma, on US channels this last year, in just a short time. Two obvious winners on stage.

THIS is the difference between a coach and a manager. If the USWNT want to return to the top of the FIFA rankings and add more hardware to the display case, this is the type of professional tactician that top football organizations both national and club teams require to lead them. Every time we hear Emma speak it makes Gregg Berhalter look like a U12 assistant to the head coach.

Any athlete would be lucky to be managed by Emma Hayes. She is an inspiration and I can't wait to see how she shapes this USWNT and influences US Soccer as an organization. I'm not sure there is a better football brain in the game today.

The interviewee needs to be the star and highlight, not the interviewer.
