400 g of all-purpose wheat flour
20 g fresh yeast or 5 g instant dry yeast
50 ml white wine
50 g fat or lard
50 ml of olive oil

240 g of tuna in oil
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
150 g of green olives
2 hard-boiled eggs
