I must say that Leopold was very different to Joseph, I guess Leopold knew that one of his royal duties is to bring an heir and that implies to do marital duties while Joseph was a little bit more shy with women or he preferred to wait until his wedding to his “first time with her”, I guess that’s why Leopold had issue and Joseph No.

Joseph also had issue with his first wife who he loved dearly, but he lost her and the children so early. Then he was never interested in marriage or children anymore. And Leopold was like his father, he was much the ladies' man. He had a good relationship with his wife, with a lot of children, and he also had numerous affairs.

But Joseph had two daughters with his first wife Isabella of Bourbon-Parma but the first died at the age of seven and the second died shortly after the childbirth. After getting widowed, he married Josepha of Bavaria but his second marriage was a disastrous failure, she died just a few years later because of smallpox. it doesn’t know why Joseph didn’t married again while Leopold when he was Grand Duke of Tuscany, had sixteen children with his wife Maria Luisa of Spain like his parents did before him.

I think he just didn't want to. Both Leopold and another one of his brothers Ferdinand had male heirs, so the dynasty was secure enough that he didn't feel the obligation. BTW after Isabella's death, Joseph most certainly wasn't celibate; in fact, he was somewhat infamous for seeking out the services of prostitutes, and might've had some illegitimate children, though he never claimed them himself.

She knew the curriculum just not the teachers. This was a very common practice in the past.

A royal family as rich as this would have asked the women to come to them to a royal palace or a part of the house. Not them going to the women

Uh no. Ladies of this statue would not be received well within a royal dwelling. It would taint the place. It is far more likely that the place of meeting was not even the actual brothel, but a secondary establishment of a lesser noble, merchant of favor, an officer seeking promotion (as officers were men of wealth at this time), or perhaps a building set up for such meetings among the nobility and professional women.
