I love this coach. This is what I do to my student athletes. I leave them in the dark on the workouts we are doing. They love/hate me for it. Lol

Athletes training under the great Hungarian coach Mihaly Igloi never knew what the workout was - either before or during the workout. He believed that just by observing the runners during the session he would know when to call a halt ot give them even more work.

@@sweatelite Sorry I formulated my question wrong. What are the flush reps good for and what are the benefits when doing them? Is it to do more volume, but I doubt it is for that. In Switzerland I have never heard somebody do that. great video by the way

@@valentinegger8870 to flush out lactic and get rid of the burning sensation before starting the next rep. it's basically like easy jogging instead of standing there and letting lactic acid sit in your legs
