In the Powerapps screen, I don't have the "File" menu bar option. As such, I cannot find the URL for the list form that was created. Any thoughts?

The file option is no longer around in the new version of Power Apps. Can you post the timestamp of the video of the file menu?

Hi, I've tried this process, and it works; however, when I try to view the form after the email is sent, it doesn't show any data that I have inputted, only a blank form. Do you know what I did incorrectly?

Hello, you have to make sure you are using the id in the url to retrieve the correct form.

Your videos have been a great help in getting me started with our onboarding site. I do have a question. I screwed up the form when I created the new form for HR after modifying it in Power Apps. Is there a way to revert back to the old form so I can redo it?

Apologies for the late response. If this is still an issue, try List Settings --> Form Settings

How do I get power automate to send the employee’s filled form to let’s say maybe IT for instance?
@OptimalTrainingGroup

Browse to an already filled out form and open the edit view. It should have the ID of the form in it. In power automate you can use that link in the email. Just replace it with the ID from the dynamic content area. Hope that makes sense.

@@OptimalTrainingGroup Is there anyway we can build the same solution, but without using power app? maybe just leveraging on sharepoint only

@@Petpals123 That's possible if you are not concerned with the look and feel
