韭菜 300g
雞蛋 4 個
粉絲 1 札
15cm 米紙 適量
蝦仁 適量
Hello everyone, this gluten free dumplings are so delicious that even my “traditional dumplings lover” husband loves them very much. It’s easy to handle plus you can be quite flexible with the ingredients. You may instead use egg, tofu or scallops etc. But I don’t really recommend using meat as it may release too much liquid when pan frying. I hope you all enjoy this recipe. And thanks for watching. ❤️
