It’s said a Puca is a shape shifter who guards its privacy and can be hostile. The creature at the old castle checks all the boxes as one.

@@Passions5555 It’s a kind of solitary Fae, said to grow somewhat monstrous from solitude. They supposedly take forms including dog, horse, or goat, and will terrorize or occasionally harm to protect their privacy. Author Charles de Lint has a very friendly one in one of his novels. While I liked the book, I would not make the mistake of approaching one of these scary fairies.

Awesome! Thanks so much for your help! I‘m the person from that story and Puca has come up in my research but I hadn’t read about the specific facts you shared here. I‘d also sort of thought that those two beings were not the same exact one but two different beings that might’ve dwelled there, but I was never sure of it, so you could definitely be right! It would make so much sense!❤ thank you so much for your insight!

I have had many experiences with the Fay. Depending on your level of awareness and spiritual maturity they will communicate with you in different ways. The guidance that they provided is to help you. If you are not that spiritually mature, they will guide you in emotional ways. To Steer you away from an area they may frighten you. On a more mature level they may simply talk to you.

First story: Harpy sounds almost right for the flying one - more likely a related creature whose lore is lost to history than the Greek version. But the ground-based creature... Has anyone ever heard the tale of the Hexham heads? Because the ground-based creature in the doorway sounds A LOT like the entity of the Hexham heads. I believe there is a GOOD DEAL of lore out there which we humans have lost, but the fae remember all too well, & more accurately than e'er we did. Where did they say this one happened, again?

4:44 You expect me to believe a ruined castle has an intact door? Made of what? stone? Unlikely…
@nessierey6721
Жыл бұрын
It’s not completely ruined actually like I said, most of it is that’s why I said that the only thing that remained intact was the keep. And there were efforts being made throughout the years to restore it and keep it intact. The wooden door was added and replaced multiple times throughout the years whenever there were renovations to keep it from further falling into ruin. And they’ve renovated the keep pretty extensively a few years back coz the local authority wanted to restore at least the keep to almost what it would’ve been like at the time, but the surrounding ruins of the castle are long overgrown by nature and most of it is gone. At the time though it was extremely neglected and no one went there anymore really. It’s kind of hard to explain as there are different words for different things in my native language that sort of differentiate it further and she didn’t use the pictures of the actual place. But anyway, you’re free to believe whatever you‘d like

First two stories make me miss having a dog! They’re so sensitive… It’s also sad how the person in the first story might not have been able to go to the horseshoe path again. Edit: also hope the one in the second story doesn’t give up, I’m sure not all spirits/fae would’ve responded negatively like that?

Hi! Person from the first story here. I did manage to go back. I found another way. It’s a beautiful place! The castle ruin though still gives me the creeps. They renovated it a few years back and ever since it feels like the energy of the place has somehow shifted. But I never stepped foot in the woods on the backside of the castle ruin ever again. I didn’t dare challenge anything. 🙈 It felt like even back then, that there were benevolent fae at the horseshoe path and the ones by and in the woods around & behind the ruin were malevolent or maybe even evil. I think the two creatures I saw that day were different beings as well the harpy one and the furry tall thing. I still love stories about the fae though I will always be cautious now. When I was a kid at the horseshoe bend I would sometimes even lay in the moss and fall asleep there my dog guarding me… I always felt safe and happy there. I don’t get to go there too much anymore but I enjoy it everytime I do. It feels magical. I do hope too that the second story‘s person does see that there are both sides to the fae like you said. Also you’re so right about the dogs. My girl passed a couple years ago sadly. She was so wonderful. I miss her so much. ❤

The thing with wings could of been an owl as owls are known to be aggressive. But if you add the castle ruins always feeling wierd and the other thing that lunged at her I have no clue. Maybe it's some sort of spirit that's attached to those ruins and dosent want any humans to mess with it.

Oh goodness I love it when I get notifications from your channel.I live next to the New Jersey Pine Barrons and my backyard is next to the pines , no I’ve never seen or heard the Jersey devil in fact I’m not totally sold on that story, however I spend time outside at look into this woods and feel there’s something out there but nothing bad actually a good feeling until one day I took a walk on the path and I swear I saw a face in the trunk of a tree like it was hiding from me and I had the feeling it was time to get out and walk home. The next day I got really sick with a staff infection and spent five days in the hospital I almost dies and had to go surgery to alleviate the infection in the end. This was pre Covid and before that day I’ve never been sick never hospitalized never broke a bone not even a c section and I know there’s a connection because nobody could figure this out. Funny thing im not upset I honestly don’t think it was negative and I don’t think I want supposed to get that sick in fact looking out and walking back I feel a feeling of sorry we went to far we like you we just don’t want you walking here. Now I sit outside in my backyard and watch my children and grandchildren it’s a wonderful feeling I feel we just need to know there’s unseen borders we need to respect because the day I got sick I was curious first and tried very hard to see when I should have just known to just simply leave graciously and I believe I never would have gotten sick. In the end I believe the pines hold wonderful spirits but don’t go looking for them instead just acknowledge them wave and live side by side.

In any event for what little I could gather they use to link Elfshot to any localized pain or welt in one's body. Many of these ailments are now known to be arthritis and other severe pain inducing diseases like Fibromialgia but as everything there is a kernel of truth in there. Arrows invisible or not wouldn't cause burn marks but an an unknown energy weapon discharge that the fae may posses might.
