Encouragement in Setting Boundaries: an unplanned affirmation painting of a glass cloche protecting a seedling. We grow and thrive when we are able to, with honesty, express our needs and feelings to ourselves and to others. Along with that, we practice making choices that honor those needs and feelings. We tend to our triggers, trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, and so on. It takes practice. It takes slow, intentional, informed self care. And I hope you can feel encouraged in the process, because the hard work is worth it.
