CORRECTIONS: I was recently told that the actual prophecy for Mission 2 was "Olympus Prophecy Foretold Underworld", not what I had mentioned. Obviously with not being at the point when that was solved, we must have gotten the wrong information through the grape vine. The edit and video export was already finished, so it was a bit too late to fix that. Also, that was Eric* from Detroit Dart Talk, not Andrew. Not sure how I mixed that up there. At the start of Mission 3, the first riddle is not Achilles, but *Achelous*. Hard to know for sure with the pronunciation of our mod, and without seeing the text itself on the day. Shouldn't effect my sentiments or content much on this part of the video!

So many great ideas here. The maze, the specials. This is also the first HvZ video I've seen where the rules/missions were fully explained. Very nice job.

I wish I saw and interacted with more of the specials, but they were pretty much stun-locked in one area. The maze ended up being a really cool game element!

I get the frustration with that last mission, but that’s kinda part of the fun imo too. Like at least give it a good old college try even if it’s confusing or really hard. But then again, it’s hot and everyone is tired, so it also made sense to play it cool and get hydrated.

No for sure, at the end of that section I was pretty much in the opinion that the set-up there wasn't great, but the mission itself was. In my mind we would have gotten through that mission easily if we just had our own team to worry about, so the elements outside of our control is what made it frustrating. Didn't affect my day at all, but I had to give an honest critique.

Hi. I just wanted to say that your content is top notch. I would hace thought that you got way more followers/views. Can only be a matter of time that you blow up. :)

This is awesome. Thank you for the kudos. The major drawback to this kind of long-form, detailed commentary, is it just takes so much time to edit together! Luckily I should be able to re-use a lot of the assets generated from this for future events. But I guess as long as the content is good, it doesn't matter how long it is between uploads. I also have a few events recorded, that I still have yet to edit down and process that will be much faster than this, so keep an eye out! 😉

30:58 this was the moment where I kind of became head of the group of humans that were going left back to the student union. you can see me sorta in the middle at 31:02 and then a few seconds later at 31:08 I'm up at the front with a lady from I think naptown nerf and their group. 31:53 YOU GUYS were the ones that just took the staired way lol. also the reason for the hold was to allow people in the middle and back to get closer to the head of the large conglomerate we didn't want to defend anything we just wanted people to catch up. 37:49 and there is our group again lol we kinda ended up getting really stuck on the first riddle which was your riddle 3 and was a metal statue of a guy. we got hung up on dionysis and thought food and music and similar even though we at first were on the right track with hephestis god we got so tunnel visioned during this mission. in the end our group got to epic, swapped tablets, then our mod called it for the mission and we made our way back to union.

Yeah I remember that haha. Your group didn't realize I guess that there was a hill there, and that was okay'd by the mod in our room if I recall, so we still avoided the stairs and went down that hill. We tried telling y'all that but I think your group was too focused on going left. I think that's why Alex (I think it was him) is yelling at our front groups to go right because of that hill. And yeah that was understood from us as well. Problem is logistics there. The majority of those trails leading back to the Student Union were only so wide, and it would have just created for an unnecessary bottleneck for the 40+ humans with tons of darts and rate of fire, in an area that I only saw a handful of zombies. I think when Alex said that, it was more about the people who *needed* to help, not that *every* player had to do it. If they definitely needed help, I'm sure we would have, but they had things covered. Plus, at least in that round alone, we had walked a **LOT** and just wanted to get out of the heat more than anything else lol.

@@SpudSpudoni we were told that the hills next to stairs werent ok by someone so i guess there was a minor discrepancy in that information

@@SivaExperiment Yea and in fairness, at 18:13 the large majority of players went down that main stairwell by walking down the hill instead of using the steps. Many of them also were with you when y'all decided not to go right in the later interaction you brought up, so I think people just didn't realize there was a hill there 31:47. But tbh, there probably should have had a bit stricter rulings on stairs in general to avoid meta-gaming like that, but it's no big deal either way.

Exactly. It was for the folks who wanted to travel with the "human horde" that we needed to not stretch out too much. Your group was totally fine to speed squad it back. That's always a problem that crops up when multiple squads and groups end up in one big masse; it becomes very unclear who is part of the group and who is another group who just happens to be in the same location. Also, it was Eric from DDT, not Andrew XD. Loving this series. Great job!

@@detroitdartworks Well said. I think that mass outside of Lynch Courtyard and the issues communicating there spells it out perfectly in the video. I wasn't sure whether to include that portion or not shortly after as we headed back to the Union, but I really wanted to capture how the trials Endwar can present you and the best ways to approach dealing with them. To give a full perspective, not just the fun stuff. I said it in the reply above, but with our team moving around so much, we were completely exhausted by then, so we also weren't thinking that clearly about the instructions you gave. Which is definitely a good thing to point out and warn about in my later voiceover. I think we all did a great job getting through that mission. And I KNEW it was Eric! I don't know how I forgot that from then to now. Serves me right for editing so late, and for not asking you lol. Thanks for checking it out!
