The famous "Sleeper House" in the foothills of Denver, a well-known architectural icon, was the location for part of Woody Allen's "Sleeper" film of the early 1970's. The original structure was built in 1963, officially called "The Sculptured House", and is on the National Register of Historic Landmarks, one of the few residences in the country with that designation. In 2011 & 2012 many energy efficiency retrofits and improvements were been completed by the new owner, including this heated glass installation, making the home much more comfortable and affordable to operate.
