The main focus of this dynamic and strong practice is on backbends; in particular, roll over through Wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana). The sequence will help to process intense emotions by passing them through the body and expressing them in movement and challenging asanas. Practice is designed for Intermediate/Advanced Yoga practitioners. Always remember to listen to your body, stay safe and self-aware.
