I have been thinking of ways to ensure during coronavirus (Covid-19) that we can make an effort to assist the flexibility, strength and mobility of children between 2 and 12 months, with some simple yoga practices.
Most babies have similar natural practices. We are in fact assisting the babies in their development and growth. Research has proven that massage and exercises are a way to develop stronger bonds between mothers and babies.It is also a good way to ensure we are maintaining a healthy and fit baby.
