[核桃酥食谱] - 可做47个
材料:
核桃仁 - 100克
玉米油 - 300克
幼糖 - 220克
鸡蛋 - 2颗
中筋面粉 - 560克
玉米粉 - 50克
泡打粉 - 2茶匙
苏打粉 - 1茶匙
盐 - 一小撮
涂抹表面:1颗蛋黄
最法:
1) 核桃仁送入烤箱, 170度烤7-8分钟
2) 用料理机把核桃打碎
3) 先把玉米油, 幼糖搅拌均匀, 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌均匀
4) 筛入全部粉类, 先用刮刀搅拌至无干粉, 再用手揉成团(成团即可,不要过份揉搓), 加入核桃碎, 揉匀
5) 分成每份25克,揉圆
6)用手指稍微压扁, 中间压凹洞
7) 刷上蛋黄液, 180度烤20分钟

Ingredients:
Walnut - 100g
Corn oil - 300g
Caster sugar - 220g
Egg - 2nos
Plain flour - 560g
Corn flour - 50g
Baking powder - 2tsp
Baking soda - 1tsp
Salt - a sprinkle of
Egg wash:1 egg yolk
Method:
1) Bake walnut at 170°C for 7-8 minutes
2) Grind the walnut
3) Mix corn oil, caster sugar & egg evenly
4) Sift in all the flour, use spatula to mix until no dry flour seen, then knead into dough with hand (don't over mix), add in chopped walnut & knead evenly
5) Divide 25g each portion, roll into balls
6) Gently press with finger & make a hole in the middle
7) Apply some egg wash, bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes
