Thick soy sauce - adequate amount

Teriyaki sauce - adequate amount (optional)
Corn flour slurry - 1tbsp corn flour + some water
(Steamed Buns Skin)
Ingredients:
Pau flour or plain flour - 350g
Water - 180g (adjust according to flour's absorption rate)
Caster sugar - 30g
Yeast - 3g
Corn oil - 35g
