[水果燕菜果冻蛋糕食谱]
材料:
(白色果冻部分)
幼糖 - 135克
燕菜粉 - 5茶匙
果冻粉 - 2茶匙
清水 - 700克
低糖豆奶 - 700克
(透明果冻部分)
幼糖 - 60克
燕菜粉 - 2茶匙
果冻粉 - 1茶匙
清水 - 600克
水果 - 根据自己的喜好, 建议: 芒果, 奇异果, 葡萄, 蓝莓, 草莓等。。。
做法:
1) 先做白色果冻: 把糖, 燕菜粉和果冻粉混合均匀。
2) 锅内加700克清水, 把混合物(1)加入, 混合均匀。
3) 放入两片班兰叶, 开中小火煮滚。
4) 煮滚后, 熄火, 倒入700克低糖豆奶。
5)倒入模具(尺寸: 22cm x 5cm), 待冷, 放入冰箱冷藏3-4小时至完全凝固。
6) 把所有水果切成小块备用。
7) 脱模后, 根据线条切片, 间隔摆入模具里。
8) 接下来做透明果冻: 把糖, 燕菜粉和果冻粉混合均匀。
9) 锅内加600克清水, 把混合物(8)加入, 混合均匀。
10) 放入两片班兰叶, 开中小火煮滚。
11) 把水果摆入模具, 再倒入果冻液(10), 待冷后放入冰箱冷藏3-4小时至完全凝固。
*剩下的白色果冻可以切成小块, 配上罐头龙眼一起吃, 非常清凉可口,建议大家试一试哦🥰

[Jelly Fruit Cake Recipe]
Ingredients:
(White Jelly Part)
Caster sugar - 135g
Agar-agar powder - 5 tsp
Jelly powder - 2 tsp
Water - 700g
Low sugar soy milk - 700g
(Transparent Jelly Part)
Caster sugar - 60g
Agar-agar powder - 2 tsp
Jelly powder - 1 tsp
Water - 600g
Fruit - choose according to your preference, suggested: mango, kiwi, grapes, blueberries, strawberry, etc.
Method:
1) White jelly making: Mix sugar, agar-agar powder, jelly powder evenly.
2) In a pot, pour in 700g of water. Add in mixture (1), mix well.
3) Add in 2 pcs of pandan leaves, bring to a boil over medium low heat.
4) After boiling, turn off the fire. Pour in 700g of low sugar soy milk.
5)Pour into the mould (size: 22cm x 5cm), chill for 3-4 hours until completely solidified.
6) Cut the fruits into small pieces, set aside.
7) After unmolding, slice according to the line shape, place into the mould.
8) Transparent jelly making: Mix sugar, agar-agar powder, jelly powder evenly.
9) In a pot, pour in 600g of water. Add in mixture (8), mix well.
10) Add in 2 pcs of pandan leaves, bring to a boil over medium low heat.
11) Put the fruits into the mould, pour in the jelly liquid (10), chill for 3-4 hours until completely solidified.
* The remaining white jelly can be cut into small pieces & eaten with canned longan. It is very delicious & refreshing. You may give it a try 🥰
