[杏仁瓜子脆片食谱]
材料:
杏仁片 - 600克
南瓜子 - 400克
麦芽糖粉 - 500克
(可以根据自己喜好调整坚果类, 比例一般建议为 1:2, 即100克麦芽糖粉+200克坚果)
做法:
1) 把坚果和麦芽糖粉混合均匀。
2) 舀7-8克混合物入纸杯里, 稍微摇匀。
3) 送入已预热烤箱, 170度烤13-14分钟 (温度只供参考, 建议自行拿捏)。
4) 烤好后, 待稍微冷却(不需要完全冷却)后,把脆片取出。
5) 只需要在纸杯底部轻敲几下, 脆片便能轻松取出。

[Almond & Pumpkin Seeds Florentine Recipe]
Ingredients:
Almond slices - 600g
Pumpkin seeds - 400g
Florentine powder - 500g
(May adjust the nuts according to your preference, ratio suggested is 1: 2, i.e 100g florentine powder + 200g nuts)
Method:
1) Mix the florentine powder & nuts evenly.
2) Pour 7-8g mixture into paper cups, gently shake to make sure the mixture fully covers the bottom of the cup
3) Bake in a preheated oven, 170°c for 13-14 minutes (temperature only for reference).
4) Remove the crisps from paper cups once they cool slightly (no need to cool completely)
5) Just tap a few times the bottom of the cups to remove the crisps easily.
