Haha. Yeah I am a 'foreigner'( an Asian) who is from a country where there is a tough competition(same as S.Korea) for getting into a collage and worked hard for it .So I do get what you are trying to imply.I can understand Korean though I haven't learnt how to write in Korean. If it was that offensive in the first place why didn't Kura say anything? She didn't even try to correct her.Not trying to sound rude but Ig you guys are just overthinking.

@@Suhana_2205 Regardless of your hard work, if you haven't lived in Korea, you won't be able to understand exactly what college entrance exams mean and what nuances Eun-chae said. Most Koreans didn't feel good hearing that comment. Sakura probably didn't realize it either, and for your information, kpop idols usually don't try to fix something when a member says something controversial

@fbiskxjajsnsk I do know the importance of university exams even without living in S.Korea as we share the same culture regarding exams accompanied by intense competition. Aspirants getting depressed is a norm here with occasional cases of su1c1de .The exam that I cleared is one of the toughest in the world(JEE Advanced) which you can attempt only twice and can drain you mentally. I stated my struggle just to say that I can relate with you.The only difference is that the whole country doesn't go to a standstill when we give our exam.My Korean coworkers didn't find any problem with what she said. They are natives so I trust their authenticity. I do know cases where either members or staff does the damage control when an idol messes up.Sakura, who is known for her damage-control skills, is fluent enough to understand the ' troublesome nuance' . I find it hard to believe that she would let it slip especially when she was listening to Eunchae attentively.
