Ingredients
400g baechu kimchi, stuffings removed, sliced
200g Pork shank meat, blood removed, cut
1T rice wine
1/4c kimchi juice
1/2T red pepper powder
1 (180g) tofu, sliced
1/3sprig leek, sliced
1T garlic, minced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
water 4c
cooking oil, as needed
clear soy sauce(guk ganjang)
Preparation
1. In a pot, drizzle some cooking oil; add the leek to cook. Add the meat and rice wine to continue to cook.
2. Add the kimchi and the juice to the pot; keep cooking.
3. Pour water into the pot and add garlic; cook for 20minutes.
4. Season the stew with gukganjang and add the tofu, leek and the peppers to cook for another 2~3minutes; serve.
