Ingredients:ã17-18 pieces
ïŒGanacheïŒ
100g Milk chocolate
100g Black chocolate
100ml whipping cream
ïŒDecorationïŒ
Cocoa powder
Chocolate for coating
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl.
2. Put the whipping cream in another bowl and heat it in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.
3. When the whipping cream is warm, pour it into a chocolate bowl and mix gently.
4. Pour it into a tray with plastic wrap and harden it in the refrigerator. (At least 3 hours)
5. Remove from the refrigerator, cut into about 2 cm squares, and roll out.
Note: Weigh each piece to about 15 grams and make sure the grains are uniform in size.
6. Chill the rolled chocolate in the refrigerator again.
7. Melt the chocolate for coating in a bowl over hot water.
8. Dip the chocolate rolls into the chocolate coating.
9. Decorate with a chocolate pen if you like, and you're done.
