Ingredient
1 frozen pollack (600g)
2 tablespoons of Cheongju
1 bag of clams (10 pieces)
150g radish
100g tofu
80g bean sprouts
50g water parsley
50g zucchini
30g scallion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
5 cups (1L) of anchovy broth
½ tablespoon of canary fish sauce

1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 1½ tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce
Preparation)
1. Soak the frozen pollack in rice water and defrost it.
Remove scales and internal organs, wash thoroughly and sprinkle with cheongju.
2. Keep the clams in salt water.
3. Remove the heads from the bean sprouts and cut the radishes into 2*2cm pieces.
Slice the zucchini into flat, half-moon-shaped pieces 4 to 5 mm thick.
4. Cut the water parsley into 6-7cm long pieces. Chop the scallion, red pepper, and green pepper diagonally.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
5. Put the broth in the pot and when it boils, add radish and pollack and boil for 12 to 15 minutes.
Add seasoning, zucchini, bean sprouts, tofu, and clams and boil for 5 more minutes.
6. Add scallion, peppers, and water parsley, boil for a bit, season with canary fish sauce, and finish. Enjoy!
