[RECIPE]
Ingredients
600 g of radish
500 g of small napa cabbage
100 g of water parsley
100 g of cucumber
half a red paprika
40 g of chives
3 1/2 tablespoon fine red pepper powder
2 liters water
4 tablespoon salt

Preparation)
1. Cut the radish and cabbage into 1.5cm pieces each and put them in a kimchi container. Sprinkle with salt and marinate for 10 minutes, then add water
2. Cut cucumber and paprika into 1.5cm pieces, and cut parsley and chives into 1.5cm lengths
3. Put the spices juice ingredients in a mixer, grind finely and strain through a cotton cloth. Put the red pepper flakes in a cotton cloth bag and knead them to steep the chili powder
4. Pour the spices juice over the pickled radish and cabbage, check the color, and add more red pepper water.
Add the rest of the vegetables and mix well
5. Refrigerate at room temperature for about a day
