I am sharing pickled cucumber recipe and this has
been modified to make it simple and easy!
And this can be stored upto one year!

50 cucumber, washed , dried completely
5 dried red pepper
2C salt
6 1/2C(1kg) sugar
900ml vinegar
350ml(1btl) soju
Preparation
1. In a plastic bag, place cucumbers; sprinkle sugar, salt, vinegar and soju in batches.
2. Turn over once in a while to make sure the cucumebers are brined evenly; Store at room temperature for 10 days.
3. When the cucumbers are brined; take them out and put in a zipper bag in batches; Store under refrigeration.
