Ingredient
1/2C salted shrimp
2T rice wine
1sprig leek, sliced into rings
1/6 onion, chopped
2 hot green pepper, sliced into rings
1/2 red pepper, sliced into rings
Seasonings) red pepper powder 1T, minced garlic 1T, sugar 1t, sesame seeds 1T, sesame oil 1t
Preparation
1. Sprinkle rice wine over the salted shrimp and remove excess liquid over a strainer.
2. In a bowl, place the salted shrimp; then combine all the vegetables and seasoning ingredients to mix well.
