If you are stressing over #sagginghips ? #Onelegdeadlift is strongly recommended. A typical relaxation exercise that stimulates both the #hips and the #hamstrings, it's a way to do #RomanianDeadlift with one leg at a time.
Called #RDL as well, it's a way to exercise both hips at the same time and it has a #hipup effect when you do it as #hometraining .
Doing it as a part of #gymtraining , you can achieve the #applehips by using the dumbbells.
#Singledeadlift requires using the balance muscles and it's a strong expansion exercise that helps in distinguishing the hamstrings(back of your thighs) and the rims of the hips. I recommend doing it while keeping in mind the directions on how to use the hip joint. :)
