▋Introduction
最近天气真的越来越冷了,大家都开始翻出秋衣秋裤来穿了吗?像这种冷飕飕的天,我就觉得特别适合来上一锅热乎乎的炖菜,所以,我今天决定做一道中华名菜:地锅鸡,有鸡有菜还有贴在锅边的面饼子,炖好后直接就着锅吃就好了,连米饭都省了,懒人一定得试试~
▋Ingredients
500g chicken
200g chestnuts
10cm leek
piece of cinnamon stick
half a whole garlic
small piece of ginger
5 dried chillies
2 star anises
2 bay leaves
4 tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
75ml water
1 green pepper
2 red pepper
1 tbsp chilli oil
garlic shoot
鸡半只约 500g
栗子肉 200g
葱白 一截
桂皮 一片
蒜头 半头
姜 一小块
干辣椒 5个
八角 2个
香叶 2片
米酒 4大勺
糖 1大勺
生抽 3大勺
老抽 1小勺
盐
蚝油 1大勺
面粉 150g
水 75ml
青椒 1个
红椒 2个
红油 1大勺
