Today I will share with you a simplified fish ball recipe.
First chop up 600 grams of fish paste manually or using a food processor, add two egg whites, three green onions, and 5 grams of minced ginger, 2 teaspoons salt, one teaspoon cooking wine, half teaspoon bouillon powder flavored with chicken, and half teaspoon pepper. Add 4tsp olive oil and stir for a while. Then add starch, stir manually or with a mixer into this state.
Add fish balls to warm water like this. Then bring it to boil until fish balls float to surface. Move them to cold water.
Now you can serve them on a plate. The fish balls taste good and feel bouncy.
This recipe is suitable for various fish species.
