It would help if you would post the aperature/iso/shutter speed, great video
@liamgoodvisuals
3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Andrew! Agreed, I’ll be doing that in future videos. Otherwise you can assume everything is largest aperture possible (1.4 in this video) and lowest ISO possible (50-100) on every photo. From there, I adjust shutter speed as needed : )

Hi Liam! I am a sony a7iii user and I just saw your video on Taylors chanel. Could I ask why you changed to Nikon from sony? I want to be a wedding photographer and I am curious, the sony a7iii is capable to start the wedding photography business? And how lond did you used it for work, before switching to nikon? Thank you !

When you shoot at 1.4 for couples, what is the focus mode that you use?
@liamgoodvisuals

Usually just eye detect or some sort of focus tracking! :)

@@liamgoodvisuals thank you for responding! I have my first couple shoot coming up in two weeks and I'm interested in shooting wide open as well

@@allday314 that’s great! Btw, Back when I shot DSLR’s I would use single point and move it manually onto someone’s eye. All the best with your shoot! :)

Amazing video and pictures!! How do you keep your photos so sharp when shooting at 1.4?

Alpha 1 thanks so much for your comment! :) here it really comes down to the awesome autofocus of the A7iii. That said, I’ve used tons of camera/lens combos and always try to shoot them wide open if possible. It’s really no problem for most cameras made in the last few years, mirrorless or DSLR. Good lenses and good calibration (if you’re using a DSLR) really help
