That’s awesome. I love the 3.0T engine I have done a lot of work on those and they are nothing short of a great engine

Excited for the build, if you don't mind me asking how much was the engine rebuild? Im looking to do the same thing on my B8.5 S4. You mentioned in the last video that you opted out on the sleeves.
@AudiC7Owners
Ай бұрын
Yep. Sleeves were out of my budget unfortunately. But all the pricing for each option of the different engine build stages offered by AM Tuned are on their website. There are a few options you can choose

? Is it possible to replace the head on a 2017 Audi Q7 without taking off the engine .. driver side… I lost compression on Ci. 5 . I put a camera inside and a valve has a small hole ?
@AudiC7Owners

Yes, but It might be far easier to do it off. Reach out to @audi3point0work on Instagram for tips on doing it wth the engine in the car.

Motul 10w40 oil is your preference for the 3.0T?
@AudiC7Owners
Ай бұрын
No. That is a special oil for breaking in the new engine. I will be running ROWE motor oil, 5w-30

Hey I have an intake on mine I haven’t done anything since. do you think I should do a muffler delete and ecu and tcu tune then my cat delete and intercooler then single pully in that order?
@AudiC7Owners
Ай бұрын
I actually have a video detailing the first 4 mods you should do. Check that one out
@FUNNYVlDS
Ай бұрын
@@AudiC7Owners okay thanks, I’ve watched that already but I was asking because someone told me to js get a muffler delete , tcu and ecu tune and intake first so I can enjoy the car most now, they told me cats still have lots of time until you’re gonna need to remove them, that the intercooler wasn’t necessary until stage two single pulley or e85. I’d rather listen to your video though so I’m taking Care of my car best
@AudiC7Owners

Whoever told you a heat exchanger isn't necessary doesn't know these cars very well
@FUNNYVlDS

@@AudiC7Owners yea they said only in the future when you upgrade pulley or go e85
@AudiC7Owners
Ай бұрын
You can't go E85 on this car yet, unless you have a CREC 3.0t. Don't listen to your friend. He sounds clueless.

How much hp are you expecting to make with your new built?
@AudiC7Owners

Initially near the same as before. Internals don't make more power. But we will start dialing things up once I get the engine broken in

@@AudiC7Owners so it's about the same as apr stage 2 plus? With the ultracharger?
