Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge in this video. I have been banging my head against a wall for almost a week trying various settings to make this work. Then, in less than 8 minutes you showed me how it's done.

Thank You Wilson. I was stuck at a no Wifi screen and trying to upload a mobile config from our MDM that didn't have a Wifi Payload on it. Manually created one like you did in the video and finally got device on our School Manager!

Hello, thank you for this vid however do u know why I keep getting “invalid profile” after I try to enrol the device on the iPod? At the remote management screen?

Have you followed these steps? On a Mac: Prepare the iPod using Apple Configurator On ABM: Assign the iOS device to a MDM Profile On Intune/EPM: - Click "Sync" under All services > Devices > iOS/iPadOS > Enrollment program tokens > and wait for the device to be synced across from ABM - Under "iOS Devices | Assign devices", click [+ Add Devices], pick the iOS device from the synced list and click [Add] One done, turn on your iPod and follow the prompts to finish the enrollment process.

@@wilsoncheng1722 thank you for your speedy reply and yes I’ve done all the steps, but when it fails at that remote management step it doesn’t show up on the mdm server for me to do anything. I can however see it on abm but that’s about it.

@@saeedesau6738 Have you linked ABM to your MDM? Basically you need to exchange certificates between ABM and MDM servers, there will be a lot of articles or video about this. Follow Microsoft Intune doco if you're using it, it works for me.

hello i'm having a lot of trouble registering an iPhone in intune. in the devices on apple business manager, i'm asked for an apple customer number. where can i find this number or where can it be created?
@wilsoncheng1722

You don't need Organisation ID or Apple Customer Number in order to register iOS devices on ABM to Intune, if your iPhones already on ABM, you need follow the instructions here "learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/tutorial-use-device-enrollment-program-enroll-ios" to link ABM to Intune before you can sync devices to Intune, hopefully that make sense, thanks

@@wilsoncheng1722 my iPhones are not on ABM. we used to give our users money to buy whatever they wanted in business phones. now we want to secure company data. managing Android is very simple, much less so with iPhones.

@@kokio2449 oh same problem with me. have you had any chance solving it? We also dont buy phones directly from Apple, we just enroll phones we bought somewhere.
