''With the water availability, we are fine. Without it, our suffering would be greater,'' says Qasem Hamamdeh, a Palestinian living in the West Bank's southern hills.
On World Water Day, 58,133 Palestinians in Area C continue to suffer from limited access to a sufficient quantity of water for drinking and domestic purposes, in part due to the lack of an official water network.
The EU has teamed up with 13 countries to build water networks, like the one in Masafer Yatta, to ensure access to clean, affordable water for thousands of Palestinians.
