This patient has a lifetime history of migraine and a 4 year history of right sided Meniere's disease. Her Meniere's activity and symptoms stopped instantly with preventive migraine management. It is interesting that her remaining headaches are less intense but in the same distribution as her more severe headaches, the one she thinks of as migraine. Her ENT did not realize she had migraine until she brought up her headaches at one of her visits. Even she did not realize the possible connection between her Meniere's and migraine because she thought her headaches were "normal " for her.
