What the Karen and her realtor agent friend are doing could be considered fraud.

Have you done the last story twice? I swear I heard it word for word an hour ago!

LOL the first story. Karen became Kate. Karen/Kate has a realtor license . OP acted more like a door mat than anything else. Roll my eyes.

clearly fake: 1. how does one get an offer without showing the house? 2. real estate guy was told house wasnt for sale especially with no deed and word only from neighbor (unless in on it) 3. if op noticed the signs prior...why do nothing. I mean op only found out they actually tried to sell house when there was an offer.

1. Can happen. Sometimes it’s investment groups buying up property (I.e. BlackRock). Or if it’s a hot market then some buyers will take the gamble. When I moved two years ago some Californians bought my old house, without seeing it in person. Your other points are head scratchers though

There are, especially recently, blind purchases. Realtors offer houses for slightly cheaper if you forgo the walk through and inspection. 2nd some realtors are either dumb, or think they can bulldoze people into selling by pressuring them constantly. 3rd OP already confronted the agent who shouldn't have gone around and listed the house without. So not noticing until the offer and signs popped up could be reasonable.

This does sound like a fake story I've heard about a blind purchase but that happens with the owner's consent.

Listing someone elses house for sale without their consent? Fraud, straight up.

The first story lost me at "oversized SUV". Who are you to determine what is "oversize"? I drive a Chevy Suburban. I plow my driveway in the winter, and tow a 30' camper with my family of 5. Said vehicle is necessary, if not a little small for my needs.

Some people don't know what initials stand for, i.e., BBQ. Also, computer readers absolutely don't know what initials stand for! As this channel's reader shows no emotion, I suspect it isn't human. The proof will be if a story includes the word "triage." I have yet to hear a computer say anything other than "tridge." Like fridge, but with a T.

Stories will often turn up on multiple channels, sometimes at the same time, and sometimes staggered.
