It seems products formed from enzymes 3 or four steps down the line can come back to enzymes earlier in the assembly line, like the first enzyme in the pathway, and bind to either that first enzyme's allosteric OR active site to shut down production. Great video.

I agree with every single comment 😂 thank you! Not a student but currently having some medical issues and are trying to get to the root cause. Opposed to going to the Doctor to be given medication which could potentially make whatever this condition is worse. Currently assessing self based on reactions from others and abnormalities regarding my body giving off a foul fishy like odor. Could be a number of things right? But even comparing similarities between the disease symptoms in relation to your symptoms to narrow down your root cause, you still have an underlying cause. I Will see the doctor soon, but in the meantime I will do my part to get to the bottom of it. Understandably, this will be taken out of context by some, but I hope I can get some honest and helpful feedback on this topic. Sorry to keep you but thank you for taking the time. Ttyl ✌️

this video does not actually explain feedback inhibition: Feedback inhibition is where inhibitors are produced by enzymes and used on the first enzyme in the reaction to stop the original substrate from changing.
