Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Same here in the USA from what I hear. My dealings with doctors makes me not want too. Best wishes! Safe Journey! Yellowbird Blue Agave Sriracha!!!

It's a real shame that our healthcare system is in such a mess. You can darn well bet that if one of the politicians or one of their family members had similar symptoms, they'd be rushed through the diagnosis and treatment. I live in BC and the system is just as broken and ineffective. Weeks and months wait for diagnosis and treatment is hurting more people than it should. You're right, something has to be done and our witless leaders are just sitting on their hands and hoping for a miracle.

I agree! Time for the leaders to stop passing the buck. They feel they have an automatic excuse, blame the previous government.

I am here in Florida and it’s better but only if you have money. I got my stomach cancer diagnosis over the phone on April 29; 2023. They had me scheduled to see a local oncologist on May 23. I said hell no too long to wait. Called the best place in the US for GI cancer, Mayo Clinic Rochester, WI. Got in there 10 days later not only for the oncologist but they also scheduled the CT scan, PET scan, Endoscopy w Ultrasound and Biopsies and a chemo port insertion that same week. My insurance covered it. I had to pay for the airline and hotel (Mayo discounted rate). I came home and they coordinated a treatment plan with a local oncologist. I am terminal but have been cancer free for the last 6 months. Good luck to you. It’s a rough journey but there are people who will help you.

I actually went out to your last video earlier this am to see if there was an update. It actually doesn’t sound too different from what goes on in the U.S. here though I think they do not want you to know about your health, because you might expect treatment I expect it will be difficult to relax and remember what your normal life is really until you get into a schedule to have treatment and such.

Problem is that all Provinces run their own health care system. I went through the NS onocology dept about 15+ years ago and from the point that I talked to an onocology doc to surgery was about 2 weeks, but it was about 1-2 months before that happened. Hopefully they get in gear to get you the treatment you require soon. Take care

Forget the symptoms for a minute (so sorry you're dealing with that), but 1 month between a preliminary liver cancer diagnosis and a simple biopsy is absolutely insane. My prayers are with you my friend. Namu Amida Butsu

Hey Jaime..... it's sad that they aren't making this any easier for you. Sadly enough, it's the same here in New Brunswick. We have lots of money for government surpluses, but no money to add medical resources...... shameful.....

I did see a more current update, but wanted to leave a comment here: My goodness, they are taking their time on all of this. I'm sorry to hear that they are making you wait for any form of treatment. I recommend drinking kefir and even kombucha. I know there are a variety of foods and things that you can do to even kill cancer cells and from what I understand, vitamin B17 is one of those. It is found in certain foods, but also sold as a supplement. And kombucha, which has been known to at least stop it from growing and spreading. ~Eric
