Great clip mate, and the memories you’re building for your little bloke are priceless - literally ! When he’s 30 or 40 yes old, he won’t remember who bought him an iPad or the latest coolest shoes but he’ll remember camping in the snow with his dad, mark my words. My kids are only 22 and 18 and some of their fondest memories are camping and playing in the river at night with torches catching crayfish and frogs etc. Just curious mate - what’s the pack on your chest for ? New subscriber here from Sydney Australia 🦘🇦🇺👍🍺

Thanks! I’m hoping he remembers! It’s for me as much as it is for him. I love being out there with him. So cool to see him learn and experience new things. The chest pack is just a pouch for me to store items like my phone, keys, some first aid stuff. I also have bear spray attached at the bottom because we often camp in grizzly country.

@@campingforviews he’ll remember these trips for sure mate, mark my words 😉👍 The chest pack makes sense, I figured it was probably bear spray but curiosity got the better of me 🤣👍 stay safe out there mate and all the best for the New Year. 🎉🎊🍾🥳🍻

Brings tears to my eyes. My sons are wonderful young men today. But what's so difficult to grasp is the men they became as adults was already there in a tiny package when they too were 4. My appreciation then was not what it would be today. But there's no second chance with this most important gift. Savor...

I suggest HandOut gloves. I use them for skiing. But, they’d be great for this type of camping. Also, OCAM 270 awning might be of interest for snow days like this to keep cover while cooking. I’ve been eyeballing either GFCs or SPs. It’s how I found your vids. I’m already sold on SPs but this last video confirmed that decision. Just put a deposit down on the SP. So pumped! Cheers. Which drone do you use? Thanks!

My X1 had crystalized frost on the entire interior including the ceiling in 18° weather. Did you experience any of the same moisture?
@campingforviews
Жыл бұрын
Not on the entire interior. I definitely had a sheet of ice about a foot long on the roof at the wedge part of the camper. I usually have all three of the vent tabs open along with running the Mr. Buddy. To be honest, I thought I’d get more condensation.
