One of the 1st sounds that babies discover how to make is the /m/, because it's relatively easy, and can be made "accidentally" while doing other things! To the children who have trouble figuring this out on their own, here are the steps for making the /m/ sound, and how to help your toddlers correct any omissions or substitutions in their words and connected speech!
