Love Owen's zeal and hope (aka - assist from Pastor Dale) ... Our Hope is Built on Nothing Less, than Jesus blood and righteousness - ON CHRIST the SOLID ROCK we STAND.

Continue to take a stand men of the Word of our Lord & Saviour! I appreciate your ministry and having this guest was a very interesting conversation and have gained more understanding on this subject and how a believer should react to it. A powerful message! 🌱✝️

Key insights and takeaways - Owen & Jon hit it on the head, the SILENCE is deafening & since covid many places were not only shut down but pronounced DOA, the blanket has been tossed over the pulpit. So instead of fighting the good fight of faith, just gave in and gave up, so many. People are attracted to the Truth, so when the Gospel is preached, people watch & people listen ... now the next step, "do" - the other side has been doing and planning for a very long time, do we sit and fold, or stand for and with Jesus? The Gates of Hell shall not prevail against His church, is what I read. Sinister evil must be exposed, light must shine so all can see what it truly is, and it needs like the idols of the past be taken down.

That is a funny but true comment, a lot of pastors don't see themselves as pastor-theologians. Yet when you think of theology, the study of God, it begs to reason, why then did they go to school in the 1st place. To not only study the word of God, but to rightly divide it in verse by verse context, and defend the gospel. It has survived 2-4-6 millenniums, God's Word lasts forever, and will not be extinguished. It is not going anywhere, they can burn a book in the streets, but if the Bible is burned on your heart and mind, they cannot take it out of you. The Holy Spirit bears witness and when we need to speak, He will lead and guide us on what to say in that very moment or hour we need to speak.

I look forward to this episode, (welcome back Owen, 2nd visit or show), he was on w Dr. James Dobson - Focus on the Family a week or so ago and this book was highlighted, so to set the record straight we are not the 1st to talk of this much needed and profound book for the times we are in now, facing another Genesis 3 lie. A much-needed message for all of the household of faith.

Jon brings up good points - the kid who goes off to college for the 1st time. If the home has been all rules and little relationships, these will be easily picked off. Rules without relationships produce rebellion, they will not adhere to any rules, they wish to be carefree and fancy footing it as they wish. This is where the church and mentoring come alongside to help these families in disarray. As for the teacher in the public school system, I was one. Some very hard decisions have to be made. Give in and go along as many have, or trust the Lord, to walk away, and begin anew. The Lord is our source, in good times and bad, not our jobs.

Owen brings up a good point. I remember in HS in 1976 that we were ostracized for wanting to have a prayer on-campus group. We were ridiculed and made fun of. That said as he said, God prepares one, to be ready to stand alone. Leadership is lonely, but not so lonely ... when Jesus is leading. We either WIN the LOST, or the lost conquers us and there are no winners. The problem is - no one wants to be labeled, yet the other side wants to assassinate high-profile figures. If any speak up they are "offended" yet it is open season on offending Christians and conservatives. No limits there. It used to be they would go after hypocrites and point out the holier than thou who fell in pride and embarrassed themselves, their families and faith, for their lack of or weak morals; Now they bring out the cannons to "make up" something and tell you to bend a knee or else. The only one we should bend the knee to is not BLM or thugs of Antifa, but the Lord Jesus Christ. If we die for our faith, so be it. Absent from the body present with the Lord.

"Wokeness came into the family and divided it." True in my life and many others. May God give all of us the courage that he has given all of you to STAND and defend biblical Christianity. It's rough out there. Thank you courageous men of God!

The devil always twists distorts and turns truth inside out, so on my channel the other day, I have a daily question segment, and it went like this - Should we practice CRT or ABC's? This is my take on inside outing a lie to it's basic truth. C- Confess and bow the knee to He who is worthy * The Lord Jesus Christ R - Repentance - from our selfish desires & ways - and live for God, who died for us while we were sinners T - learn the real truth, the real standard, Jesus, the Only Way, the only Truth, the Only Life. A- Admit you are a sinner ... B - believe in Jesus Christ ... and what He did. He came in the flesh, died for us, and rose again. If he can conquer death, nothing should conquer the "follower" - greater is He that is in you. C - Confess and Change the life you live (show the fruits of repentance). We die to ourselves, take up our Cross, and live for Him, not out of works or obligation (religion) but because we want to.

As a black man, a Christian man....I am not for the Critical Race Theory. On the other hand, I do believe in a form of reparations, not just Black history, but a Diversity class should be introduced in grade school and high school as a mandatory course. Not just a month long course, but a course just as long as history, math and so forth. I do believe that reparations could be financially for scholarships, bursaries, grants, business start up grants, upgrades for black museums could be a consideration. the only reason I say financially is because of past reparations made for injustice and persecution for other minorities of our history such as the Japanese concentration camps in the US. 30 yrs later reparations were made of a minimum payout of 20K for survivors of the camps. As far as Canada, I haven't researched or heard of any reparations made to the surviving Japanese and there were camps right in our country fields of Ontario. Also the Germans, they paid Jewish survivors up to 10s of millions in reparations. I do not feel individual reparations financially should be made. I do however feel that making changes in the school system to teach diversity in the name of reparation for the racial indignant of the US past history. If the Govt was led to want to make a financial retribution of reparations, it should be in what I have stated above, grants, bursaries etc..... As far as the Christian faith not saying anything about paying reparations? Well, If my dad and mom stole and killed a man that had a family, I later found out and saw the family in distress financially. I believe that I would want to help them if I could. Especially if God has blessed me financially, I believe it would be on my heart to want to help that family.
