The PIN is not specifically Turkish, and your issue is super easy to resolve. Put the SIM card in your iPad, then go to Settings, Mobile Data, select the data plan, then you'll see an option at the bottom of the page called "SIM PIN". Tap on it, and switch it off. Done :-) You'll then be able to use the SIM anywhere without PIN.

Quite a scramble up that hill. Can’t believe you attempted that. I loved especially that first beautiful town with a castle. I never knew Turkey had these kinds of ruins and I’m completely intrigued and now want to go and visit. You both are covering territory not shared by other you tube sailing channels. I’m sharing your channel on my own FB page and my cousins page, including another Aslett family page just because in this United States that surname is very unusual. We are related in some way and I hope to find that lineage connect. Thanks for another interesting vlog.

Awesome scenery and good tour of that castle. Great filming work. I had to laugh with the spray work on the electrics. Great product you used, and for the record, that 'Contact cleaner' is the one we use too on our LifePO4 terminals etc, etc. There is a term they use - Polar and non polar. Contact cleaner and white spirit are both non polar. We dont often comment these days but well done on the PHD. We do enjoy your productions. Big thanks.

Hi. My wife and İ have watched all your episodes and always enjoy them. We are from Scotland but have lived in Turkey since 2009. İ hope that you don't mind but İ want to correct your pronunciation of ''Gocek''. ''C'' in Turkish sounds like ''J'' whereas''Ç'' sounds like ''Ch''. So if you say it like it was spelled with a ''J'' i.e GOJEK it will be correct. Take care and keep making great videos .-)

Congratulations on the PHD, Judy! What an achievement. As always, your videos are truly a treat. Both of your production and broadcast backgrounds surely shows through. We are considering an electric outboard, since our old workhorse has finally met with its demise. Thank you for showing some issues, given the "newness" of the engines, I do have concerns such as what you expereineced. Good to see such assistance from the company and distributors.

Judy has just sent me some pictures of her in a funny gown & hat from the ceremony yesterday, so I’ll put some in the next episode. I wouldn’t be concerned about reliability from ePropulsion if I were you, I think we were unlucky as there were no cases of anyone else having this problem on line, normally you find dozens of people with the same issue when you search something like that. Also you’ve only got to look at people around the anchorages struggling with petrol engines to see what a pain they can be!

Marine environment is a hostile environment for electrics so Gold, copper & silver contacts build up a residue coating with if not cleaned will give false resistance readings even though the contacts look good. Normally clean contacts with a pencil rubber first, clean with paper tissue with spray cleaner and pull in out a couple of times to remove any leftover build up. There are some spray contact cleaners on the market for marine. Also printed circuit boards can develop high resistance joints which can be identified with an excellent quality magnifying glass. same thing can happen with computers
