21:15 红色那个东西不是桃膠,只是木薯粉加水加红色素,搓成长条狀再切到塊狀,拿去 sap 熟, 撈出过冷河令它 Q,的木薯粉團而已。也有人做绿色的(加 pandan 汁),紫色,或只是加水而已做白色的。

7:54 呢篤醬,不叫 sambal,我们怡保人叫咖喱末,几十年前细细个就有都好 common,後來的现在很多都不给了,我看一是不知,一是费事做给你。有给就把它混进湯里,可能这店 emphasize 古早味難得看到那 pat 嘢。 怡保经典咖喱粉一般配料,燒肉、叉燒、白雞絲、蝦、芽菜、薄荷葉、豆角、屎蛤(螄蚶)、炸豬皮、咖喱末,桔子/桔子汁,全部料都放齊就非常好吃😋。 吃咖喱粉可以試下叫濑粉,都几襯几好吃㗎。
