Nate, all the soda/beer cans had "pull tabs" back in the day. People used to drop them back into the can or throw them on the ground. Both actions led to many injuries every year--leading manufacturers to develop the common opening mechanism that you're familiar with today. Great, fun video--thank you!

Hey Nate, those 'octopus meatballs' chips were actually takoyaki balls flavour which are from Japan and its like a savoury pancake batter ball that's seasoned with nori seaweed and a special sauce it put on top with katsuobushi (fish flakes) with tiny pieces of octopus tentacles inside. I love savoury and seafood so I love takoyaki! And yes, definitely agree with you that German chocolate is awesome!

The Jakemans Maple Products are made only 1.5 hours down the road from me. That 160G package would cost me 9.99 CAD or about $7.13. So another markup on that product. If you ever get the chance to try maple sugar as a pressed candy or loose it is my favorite over the hard maple candy. Fun fact the only ingredient in your candy is maple as they boil it down past syrup and make it into candy. That is why maple candy has a different mouth feel over traditional candy
