You gotta love Peacock Bass! Those fish are awesome! We caught more than 15 of them in 2 hours my way. Insane!!!

Here in Brazil, this fish is called Tucunaré, one of our favorite fish to fishing in our country. Very common in Amazonas, there we can find huge peacock bass with more than 20 Lbs. Very pretty and strong fish.

Weflikin Fishing & Outdoors they were introduced here in South fl in 1984 to get rid of invasives

Thanks for watching! Like the other comment said they were introduced to the waters of South Florida to fight off the increased number of invasive fish. They have become a huge part of the fishing economy down here as many come to try and catch this awesome sport fish.
