Awesome intro. It really shows all the obstacles the salmon have to go through to be able to spawn. In Alaska it's grizzly bears, but in port hope, it's fishermen, lol. Very strong fish to be able to climb that current, and the fish ladder (which is a little high imo)! Congrats on unlocking a new species. That 39.5 inch Chinook is a real King Salmon! Well done to Logan on that beauty! Looks like a lot of work to filet that salmon, but it was worth it! Great video, bro!

Yah very tough for them, they taught me a life lesson there!! Always happy to check a new species off!! Friggin' started the day off with a bang!! Again super proud of Logan for getting those fighters in!! Lots of work, mainly because I am not use to it, but definitely worth it!! Thank you bro for all your support!!

Incredible introduction and explanation. That sure is a special time of the year to see and enjoy. What a battle with that huge male to start. That was epic. Must be awesome to continually catch super large fish from sturgeon to salmon. You raise the bar for all of us anglers. And it's super special to share with your kids. Congratulations on the PB Koho Salmon - that was a beauty. Amazing catch and cook...that was a nice healthy dinner to give you energy for your next Monsters! Thanks for sharing the amazing outing!!!

Thats cool to see them jumping up at the damn. It was way too crowded at that one spot. Nice job getting away from the pedestrians and landing yourself beasts. Beautiful fish. 1K baby!

It was indeed, I was mesmerized just watching them fight so hard to go against the current and jumping over all these obstacles, it taught me a lesson!! Yah there was no way to fish around that crowd and beside they were mainly snagging them which I did not want to do, so I went at the mouth of that river where the fish were still fresh and strong!! Thank you for the support Dug!!

No is not but there is so many fish there that you throw anything you would snag one! Yah some of them do piss me off, like you can tell they are purposefully snagging with the bait they tie on!! Haha yah a guy was chasing them with a net!!

Beautiful man. My favourite recipe for salmon and trout is just olive oil, lemon cut into rounds , s+p , and onion cut into rounds , wrap in aluminium foil and toss in 425 oven for like 10 min till cooked

Hahaha the jump down in the beginning bro😂 awesome shot of the salmon jumping up stream, powerful fish bro! Your little one netted that first one like a pro! That fish was gorgeous! HUGE! I want to catch one of those fish sooo badly. Are you using a hair jig? And nice job telling that dude you were letting her go, people by me get weirdly pushy about it sometimes, i don’t mind for white bass but when it comes to smallmouth or other black bass I can’t 😂

Hahaha the things i would do to get good content😂😂 Thank you brother, he did good on the net and I was so proud when he landed his nice one! Man these salmons are gorgeous, I missed them already! I am sure you will be able to find a run around you bro! I was using yarn on the hook which does look like a hair jig! Haha man people were getting more and more pushy as the day went by, especially because these are salmons! Dang people!

@@514fishing_official hahaha! I know what you mean bro! I really liked the video! Okay the yarn that’s really cool, if I key in on a run I’ll let you know! Haha someday! But I know what you mean when they get all pushy! Sheesh I can only imagine with salmons too! It always makes for an awkward experience lol!

@@kentuckesseeangler letsss goo bro!! Haha yah they get pushy! One of my worst experience was when I got my PB Musky and someone wanted to eat it, it ended up being physical and almost into a fist fight, will def talk about that in one of those podcast! Ruined the whole moment!

Cool intro Henri! I fished in NY for coho, kings, steelhead and brown trout. Such a blast! No doubt coho are the best table fair. Why don’t you show the hookup, are they being ‘threaded’?
@514fishing_official
Жыл бұрын
Thank you Tony!! Wow sounds like some nice fishing!! Indeed the coho was very good to eat!! I did show the hookups on the first ones in Part 1, but since I am 'still fishing or bottom fishing' , I am mainly waiting for them to bite, then start recording as I get a hit!!
