Hi ciao ! thank you for the recipe.. i tried it and it taste delicious but it didn’t crack at all .. I thought maybe because i am from another country and the ingredients is different? Like the butter how much fat it contains? And the flour how much is the protein content ? And the egg is it 110 with or without the shell .. thank you in advance because i really liked your recipes and I want to make them as close as possible 💕

Hi I just leave it on the counter. The batter will hold the temperature for a while, so it will still crack after bake. Don’t worry too much!
