Hey I like that saying “ That was Zen this is Tao” it’s catchy. I’ve been watching all of your videos because I’m seeking a kundalini awakening, working everyday on it, although it is going to be baffling and painful I want to know who I am before the physical death of this body. I know this is not my body nor is this my mind. Namaste 🙏🤙🤙💫💫💫💫🧘🏻♀️🇵🇷

Love this Vivek. Your description is so smooth, and pragmatic. Others dramatise their description into a horror story of the annihilation of the ego. Yours is free of inference, and makes perfect sense. Thank you. T

0:33 I had a 3 piece set of metal mixing bowls with rubber bottoms that I was going to donate until I accidentally hit one against something and it made the most beautiful sound 😮

What if you felt identity-less due to trauma? Some people feel that transcending the ego is avoiding the actual pain. I relate to this at this stage. That said, my therapist at the time this occurred had a lot of vipassana training and did not want me to talk about trauma at all, only meditate. THAT was painful to me as I never had wanted to tell anyone my trauma before; now I felt like doing that and that person said it wasn't important. It was only because of kundalini and seeing the transference, which I could use creatively, that brought about a desire to discuss everything that I had never done like that before, and the creativity alone felt very healing. I was shocked, to say the least, that he even said that my creative outlet (writing) was not important, but it was a huge discovery for me in so many ways. What do you think?

Dear Vivek, What are your thoughts on improving sixth sense and diet. In other words, do you think being vegetarian improves your sixth sense? Also, what are your views about effects of masturbation and sex on sixth sense? Thank You.

Can u add to my understanding by talking about the angry phone call? Would you describe your anger as a moment where your enlightenment was lost to you and your ego responded or the enlightened you was angry?

persia samovar excellent question. Enlightenment, until it becomes a steady state, is a moment to moment balancing act. Using mindfulness, one is aware of emotions such as anger as they rise and subside because the emotions and the ego that produces them are still present. One just learns not to latch on to them. Having the energy present makes this easier but effort is still required. The getting angry that I mention also happens to be a function of day to day life when you need to get something done and the person responsible isn’t doing the job they were assigned. So, as the energy removes patterns from within, reactions to certain stimuli get removed only by observing them as they happen sometimes. Gradually, this leads to being in samadhi at all times. Still a work in progress for me although I’m at a much more advanced state now than when I started
