Another great video! I'm already on my second viewing of the series. Would you, Jeremy and Richard spend some time talking about your design/publishing failures? Maybe a project that took a wrong turn and had to be scrapped or completely redesigned. Or, if you have an "if-I-had-it-to-do-all-over-again" experience that the rest of us might benefit from, that would be interesting too. Keep up the great work!

Scott Weaver Hey there, Scott! We do try to talk about failures as much as we can, both on our part, and publicized cases from the industry. Kickstarter is full of them, ha! It’s Jeremy’s favorite way to talk about these topics too because he believes it’s the best way to learn and the best way to get an honest account of what really happened. I’ll see if I can talk the guys into doing a Top 10 episode on failures in the industry because we have been planning on doing more Top 10 episodes anyway and I love this idea.

You mentioned supplying a redacted contract file? Where is it?

Where is the "audio podcast available on itunes"? No title? How am I supposed to find this?

Hey Conrad -- you can find it in iTunes under "Board Game Business Podcast"

Ok, but the text reads, "If you'd like to hear a full discussion on Jeremy's list, there is an audio podcast available on itunes where the guys discuss each of the points on the list." Seems like maybe a *link* to that podcast. Or the title of the episode at least? I mean, I'm really enjoying this content (although maybe you could find/add someone who *does* like 3-hour euros? :)

Ahh, I see. That link is here: boardgame.business/2015/04/03/top-9-designer-considerations-for-publishing-contracts/ Ha! We'll have to keep an eye out for a 3 hour euro fan to add to the cast. They are probably in a dusty library somewhere. ;) All of use do have a love for many 1.5 - 2 hour euros that are able to keep the game engaging for that long.
